Our in-house, ESD-certified assembly area contains advanced, high-speed pick-and-place SMT lines that enable us to place any SMT component, micro-BGA, or connector, regardless of the size or pitch. We offer both leaded and lead-free lines for through-hole and SMT assemblies, using real-time data-acquisition equipment to monitor our ovens and adjust them to match the precise soldering requirements for your boards.

CDS uses cutting-edge software for programming our pick-and-place machines, our first article computer-assisted inspections, and our automated optical-inspection equipment. We inspect every board that leaves our shop: an unparalleled level of scrutiny to ensure excellence.

We never use inexperienced contract workers. Our entire assembly team is IPC-certified to J-STD-001D for SMT soldering and rework, and all of our pick-and-place operators are certified by the original equipment manufacturers.
